BADISA is a volunteer based organization, because most programmes were established by through projects initiated, driven and sustained by volunteers in the community or congregations. BADISA programmes are managed by volunteers that serve on management boards and they are the leaders of the organization. We also utilize volunteers in providing services, administration and fund raising to build capacity in the organization.

Volunteers are recruited locally, nationally and internationally. BADISA developed policy and procedures for managing volunteers effectively. Volunteers are our ambassadors and play an important role in the marketing and public image of the organization.
