• The members appoint a Management Board to manage BADISA. The Management Board in turn appoints Governing Boards for the programmes and delegates management powers and responsibilities to these boards. According to the Members Council outline, "All governing board members serve as representatives from local communities / congregations."
• BADISA may take its own decision regarding the affiliation of programmes of congregations, other bodies of the two churches, or other churches with the organisation. The specifics of affiliation is arranged by agreement.
• The King III guidelines for good governance are utilized for governance and management practice within the organization.
• The management of BADISA is the responsibility of the management board and a chief executive officer. The chief executive officer and the directors of the departments do the day-to-day management of BADISA.
• BADISA has a Management Programme that provides the organizational framework, gives support and ensures that all statutory requirements are met within the organization. It also provides professional, administrative and managerial support to all programmes.
• The BADISA Management programme (Head Office) is located in Bellville.
