The Management Programme provides the organisational framework, while also providing a safety net for the 157 programmes. The ever-changing environment and demands will always determine the need for the services of the Management Programme, especially to ensure that said programmes comply with all statutory requirements and adhere to good governance practices.
Effective and efficient management and supervision services are necessary for good quality service delivery and will have a far reaching influence on practice.
Badisa’s management team consists of the CEO and 4 Directors:

They are supported by:

- Twelve Managers: Social Services
- Administrative staff.
